Returns & Refunds for Paperback Books
Our paperback books are handled by a third-party vendor. Please contact lizabeth@lizabethscottbooks.com for more information regarding paperback purchases.
- Paperback books are only returnable or refundable if they arrive damaged or if the order is undelivered.
- If your book arrives in poor condition, please include photos of the damage when you contact us.
- Returns and refunds are processed at the discretion of the third-party vendor, and we are unable to guarantee refunds for issues beyond our control.
Defective or Damaged Ebook Files
We want to ensure you receive a fully functional ebook file. If you experience any technical issues, please follow these steps:
- Contact lizabeth@lizabethscottbooks.com for a replacement ebook file if you are unable to download or properly access the book.
- Additional support for downloading ebooks is available through customer service at BookFunnel.
- Please note: All digitally downloaded ebook files are non-refundable and non-returnable due to the nature of digital products.
